Ted Kinnari, Founder
Ted Kinnari studied at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. He created D/2 in the late 1970's with the help of Professor Norman Weiss, an analytical chemist by training.
As D/2 became known among the global conservator community its popularity spread. It is now used across the United States and in Europe for historically significant cemeteries and monuments, World Heritage Sites, museums, state capitol buildings, national landmarks, and much more.
